At a time when the real estate industry in the UK is going through change and growth, the awards aim to recognise those who are embracing the changes in the property industry, not just coming to grips with innovation and transition, but also shaping the future in terms of pushing the boundaries in a professional manner.


The news caps a scintillating 12 months for Yielders who will hope for even bigger things in the year ahead. In 2017, the platform - which is directly regulated by the FCA - was awarded the esteemed Islamic Economy Award in the Money and Finance category, whilst co-founder, Marwa Adawy, was recognised by the Women in Fintech Powerlist.


The platform also announced its latest investment opportunity in the popular commuter of Milton Keynes, seen all of its previous properties become fully-invested.
